Shay Manawar is an Economic Development Finance Specialist at the Lansing EDC, managing projects with the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Tax Increment Finance Authority. He oversees the Strategic Site Readiness Program grant to redevelop a historic Lansing manufacturing plant. Before joining LEDC, Shay was a litigation economist with Anderson Economic Group. A graduate of Michigan State University in policy and law, he is a member of the Michigan Economic Developers Association and is known for being efficient and analytically resourceful.
