A long-blighted property at 820 W. Miller Road is being transformed into a $3.8 million mixed-use development, featuring an event space, laundromat, and future retail and restaurant opportunities. Led by local developers Melissa White and James Denning of Novi Properties LLC, the project received over $1 million in city and state support and is expected to be complete by early 2027.
